April 7, 2026Request for Exclusion Deadline: If you would like to be excluded from this Settlement, your request for exclusion must be mailed and postmarked no later than this date.
April 7, 2026Objection Deadline: Any and all objections must be mailed and postmarked no later than this date.
August 5, 2026Claim Submission Deadline: This is the last date to submit a claim form.
November 19, 2026Final Approval Hearing: The Court will hold a fairness (final approval) hearing at 11:00 a.m. on November 19, 2026, at 312 North Spring Street, Los Angeles, California 90012, in Department SS10, before Judge William F.
